SUBJECT: RGA RETURNS PROCEDURE
All parts returned to Bennett Pump Company must be accompanied by a Returned Goods Authorization Number. Otherwise known as an RGA. Please call Bennett Pump company and request a RGA number and paperwork from Marketing Services at extension 261 or 256 before returning anything. Bennett Pump Company will not except anything without an RGA number and paperwork. If we do receive return goods without an RGA number we will return them at the senders expense.
Ship all electronic boards or electronic components with the RGA paperwork to:

All RGA paper work must be completely filled out and accompanied with the return goods to receive proper credit. For accurate service write the RGA number on the outside of the shipping package. Please inform the appropriate personnel in your organization of Bennett's Returned Goods Procedure.
