Marketing Services Team is building a solid work group environment to provide Effortless, Flawless, and Instantaneous service for you, our valued Customer.
Effective September 1, 1995, Bennett Pump Company will no longer accept verbal purchase orders or revisions on orders. All purchase orders and revisions must be in writing, received at Bennett via FAX or mail. The written purchase order will also serve as a confirming, making it a one step process for both you and Bennett. Your cooperation in this process will eliminate verbal communication errors, and assist the Marketing Services in reaching our goal in making this a flawless process.
All next day parts orders must be received at Bennett by 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, for same day shipment.
A member of the Marketing Service's Team will contact you if we are unable to send a confirmation on your pump orders within (24) hours.
