Refer to Figure 1.
To Zero the RAM memory on the CPU board, follow the procedure below:
1. Make sure all AC power and +12 VDC battery power is OFF at the dispenser. AC power can be turned off at the dispenser with the Power switch located inside the pump head. Battery power will time-out 30 seconds after AC power is terminated.
2. Remove the cover to expose the CPU board.
3. Locate and remove jumper J18 on the CPU board.
4. Locate U37 RAM chip. Using a small jumper wire, short between pin 16 and pin 32 (Software level 2.0 or higher) for 5 seconds. For Software 2.0 or lower, use pin 14 and 28.
5. Remove the jumper wire and replace jumper J18.
NOTE: If you have a preset board or DCA board mounted on the CPU board, pull jumper J18 and short between pin 6 & 9 of JP19 on the CPU board. Refer to Figure 1.
